About Velox
Velox Energy Materials (TSXV:VLX) is focused on energy materials solutions for the global transition to net zero.
In Queensland, the Company is exploring the advanced North Queensland Vanadium Project, progressing its strategy to develop vanadium products that can be transformed into vanadium electrolyte, the key ingredient in Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFBs). These batteries are extremely well suited to pairing with renewable energy sources, providing the ability to jointly supply power 24 hours a day.
The Company’s other key project, the Kotai Hydrogen Project, is a collaboration with Curtin University in Perth investigating the production of ‘on demand’ hydrogen. Velox’s project it targeting the safe transport of hydrogen via inert materials, with hydrogen generated wherever required on demand.
These projects, along with other business development opportunities the Company may consider in the future, are all focused on the successful and safe storage of electricity that can be deployed as required.
