(TSXV: CUI) (“Currie Rose” or the “Company“) today announces that it has approved the grant of 5,000,000 common share purchase options (the “Options”) to Mr. Simon Coyle, the recently appointed President & CEO of the Company, pursuant to the terms of the Company’s shareholder approved share-based incentive plan.
The options are exercisable at a price of $0.06 per common share for a period of five years and vest immediately. The options are subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
